Terms and conditions

How this website works, and the basis on which we quote, buy, sell and collect.

These terms are provided as a starting point and must be reviewed by the business owner, and where appropriate a solicitor, before the site goes live. A VAT number needs adding if the company is VAT registered.

About this website

This website is operated by We Buy Any Cabin. Details of the company that operates it are set out in our privacy policy. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

We take care to keep the information here accurate, but sizes, specifications and descriptions of units are given as a general guide only. Dimensions vary between manufacturers and used units vary in condition. Nothing on this site forms part of a contract.

Images are illustrative of the types of unit we handle. They do not represent specific stock available now.

Quotations

Any figure we give you before we have inspected a unit is an indication based on the information and photographs you have provided. It is not a binding offer. A firm price follows inspection, either in person or from photographs sufficient for us to assess condition properly.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Where no period is stated, please treat a quotation as open for fourteen days.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is confirmed at the point of quotation.

Buying a unit from us

Prices quoted are delivered and placed unless we say otherwise. Delivery dates are agreed in advance and we will tell you promptly if anything changes.

You are responsible for ensuring the ground is suitable and level, that access is adequate for the vehicle and lift we have agreed, and that any permissions needed for siting the unit are in place. Where access proves to be different from what was described and the delivery cannot be completed, we reserve the right to charge for the abortive visit.

Selling a unit to us

Where we agree to buy a unit, that agreement is based on the description and photographs you have provided. If the unit differs materially from the description on arrival, we may revise or withdraw our offer.

You confirm that you own the unit or are authorised to sell it, and that it is free of finance and any other charge. You are responsible for disconnecting services, emptying the unit and removing anything you wish to keep before collection, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment is made on collection unless agreed otherwise.

Removal and disposal

Where we remove or dispose of a unit, we do so as agreed in the quotation. Where a unit contains any material that requires specialist survey, handling or licensed removal, that work is outside the scope of our quotation and must be completed by an appropriately qualified specialist before we attend.

Access, safety and site conditions

You are responsible for safe access to the unit, for informing us of overhead cables, buried services, restricted headroom or soft ground, and for any site induction or permit requirements. Our crews will decline a lift where they judge it unsafe.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the price paid for that transaction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. This version was last reviewed in August 2026.
